This program promotes the discussion of mental health and well-being among students in Grades 4\u201312 across Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It includes classroom activities led by an educator, a 45-minute phone or video call with a professional counsellor at Kids Help Phone, and an educational resource booklet.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
