Building community through youth mental health supports

When we collaborate, promote mental health literacy and foster connection in communities, young people don’t have to navigate their feelings on their own.

Icons showing peer to peer community

This free, moderated online forum is changing the way youth connect with each other about their mental health.

It’s private, inspiring and designed to foster belonging while encouraging help-seeking through real, peer-driven connection.

This program promotes the discussion of mental health and well-being among students in Grades 4–12 across Canada.

It includes classroom activities led by an educator, a 45-minute phone or video call with a professional counsellor at Kids Help Phone, and an educational resource booklet.
